ZB.com will launch the "Hold NWT Get NWT" and “NWT Trading Competition” activities at 16:00 on May 31, 2021(GMT+8). During the activities period, users who participate activities on ZB.com will have the opportunity to share the bonus pool of 1,000,000 NWT.

A. Hold NWT To Get 400,000 NWT Rewards

Period: From 16:00 on May 31, 2021 to 16:00 on June 14, 2021 (GMT+8)

Rules:

During the activity period, ZB.com will take a random snapshot of the user's effective NWT holdings daily. After the activities, users will share the rewards of 400,000 NWT in proportion to the total effective holdings during the event.

Computation logic:

Ratio of NWT holdings = Individual's NWT total holdings / All users’ total NWT holdings * 100%

Get NWT = Individual’s holding ratio * number of NWT rewards

Notice:

1. Users who hold less than 100 NWT will not be eligible to share the reward.

2. The reward will be issued to the user account within 7 working days after the end of the activity.

B. NWT Trading Competition

Period: From 16:00 on May 31, 2021 to 16:00 on June 14, 2021 (GMT+8)

Rules: During the activity period, users who participate in NWT transactions on the ZB official website and APP will have the opportunity to share 600,000 NWT rewards.

1. According to the NWT net buying volume, the Top 100 users are eligible to get the following rewards:

1st prize: 50,000NWT

2nd prize: 30,000NWT

3rd prize: 20,000NWT

4th - 100th prizes: share 250,000 NWT according to net buying volume.

2. Users trade NWT and the trading value not less than 300 USDT are eligible to share the bonus pool of 250,000 NWT (excluding the top 100 winners of NWT net buying volume).
