Dear users,

ZB.com supports the Spark (FLR) Airdrop Program for XRP (Ripple) holders and has took a snapshot of accounts holding XRP at 8:00 on December 12, 2020(UTC+8). The Flare network  will airdrop Spark (FLR) based on the balance of the snapshot after the mainnet goes live.

ZB.com is now introducing an IOU token for Spark (FLR) so that ZB.com customers can begin participating in price discovery for FLR before the network launches. Users who hold XFLR will receive Spark (FLR) in accordance with FLR's official airdrop rules in the future. The XFLR specific arrangements are as follows:

1. At 14:00 on May 17, 2021(UTC+8), we will distribute XFLR to users’ accounts at the rate of 1 XRP=1.0073 XFLR based on the snapshot of XRP holdings at 8:00 on December 12, 2020(UTC+8).

2. Open XFLR/QC trading at 16:00 on May 17, 2021(UTC+8).

3. ZB.com will allocate FLR according to FLR's official airdrop rules, and perform XFLR delivery and distribute FLR after we receive the FLR tokens.

4. The Flare network will be distributing FLR in incremental distributions over a vesting period. According to the snapshot, the FLR will be distributed at a ratio of 1 XRP: 1.0073 FLR, 15% will be issued in the first month, and the remaining 25-34 months will be issued. The official has not announced the time for issuing the FLR airdrop.

5. After the completion of the full delivery of XFLR and the distribution of all FLR airdrops, we will stop XFLR trading and remove XFLR.

6. After the FLR mainnet is launched, ZB.com will launch FLR trading as soon as possible, and the specific official announcement time shall prevail.

About Spark [IOU] (XFLR)

Spark [IOU] (XFLR) is a tradable IOU token on ZB.com that entitles the users who hold XFLR at a specified time in the future to receive Spark (FLR). XFLR can only be traded and cannot be deposited into or withdrawn from your account.
