Dear users,

According to GRAM's official, GRAM will change new contract address, with the max supply from 100,000,000,000 GRAM deflating to 1,000,000,000 GRAM, and map to GRAM new contract assets at a ratio of 100 GRAM old contract assets : 1 GRAM new contract assets.

To avoid users' transactions being affected by the price changes caused by the GRAM deflation, ZB.com will provide a solution for GRAM trading during the deflation. The details are as follows:

1. Deposits and withdrawals of GRAM will be suspended at 14:00 on May 17, 2021(GMT+8). Please deposit prior to the service suspension. We will complete the GRAM old contract assets and the GRAM new contract assets for our users at a ratio of 100 GRAM old contract assets : 1 GRAM new contract assets. After the GRAM's deflation is executed, GRAM amount in ZB users' account will be a hundredfold reduction in the previous balance.

2. At 14:00 on May 17, 2021(GMT+8), GRAM/USDT, GRAM/QC and GRAM/BTC spot trading will be suspended, all pending orders will be canceled and the relevant assets will be returned to your trading account. 

3. After GRAM changes new contract assets is finished, GRAM/USDT and GRAM/QC spot trading will be reopen at 14:00 on May 20, 2021(GMT+8), and the opening price will be 100x higher the GRAM price at 14:00 on May 17, 2021(GMT+8).

Please note that the GRAM amount after the deflation in users' accounts will be 100x smaller than the previous balance. The price of the token will see a dramatic change (new price is expected to be 100 times of the old one). Users should be cautious when placing orders after the deflation.

4. The opening time for GRAM new contract assets token deposits and withdrawals will be noticed via announcement.
